This course provides delegates with foundation knowledge on manual handling. This course enables delegates to recognise how harm can be caused by incorrect manual handling and highlights a range of risk control measures, enabling safe manual handling techniques.

• Good Manual Handling Techniques

• General Risk Assessment Guidelines

• Managing and Controlling the Risk

• Planning and Organising Lifting Tasks
