Comprehensive Wellbeing Services

Leading the Way in Wellbeing

ACS Managing Director, Emma Willey has long had a passion for wellbeing and mental health issues. She holds the NEBOSH Certificate in Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace, is a qualified mental health 1st aider and regular is a keynote speaker on wellbeing in the workplace as well as treating victims of trauma in her private practice based on ‘The Eden Method’ - a therapy based heavily on traditional Chinese medicine.
Emma has been assisting ACS and private clients with Mental Health issues since 2014, working with employers, staff and individuals to enhance their understanding of wellbeing issues, enabling individuals to take control over their own lives, ambitions, and career paths.
Driven by this experience, and an increasing number of client requests over recent years, ACS has gone from a suite of training courses to providing full consultancy services to take organisations from uncertainty to becoming wellbeing champions.

What Our Clients Say

Great information for enhancing existing wellbeing procedures that are in place. Good group input with additional ideas to consider.

Menopause course provided real insight into what was happening to me at home and at work and enabled me to take control of my outlook and reactions. In particular, thanks to the facilitator, Emma, who was refreshingly open and honest about her experience with menopause, I no longer hide how I’m feeling, nor do I feel embarrassed or ashamed - I own my menopause symptoms and my team have responded so positively to this. The topic is now openly discussed and more and more women in the workforce are willing to share their experiences which means we can deal with them before they become problems.”

I have found ACS`s guidance and support invaluable in terms of mitigating all matters relating to Health & Safety and Wellbeing, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to colleagues within the Housing Sector.
